The operation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification documents when requested. ph876 may suspend withdrawal access pending satisfactory completion of KYC checks. You must notify ph876 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. ph876 reserves the right to freeze account activity upon receipt of such a report while an investigation is conducted. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your ph876 account for additional protection.
ph876 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods displayed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit is ₱100. ph876 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. Deposit funds may not be available immediately in all cases, though most GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited in real time.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where operationally possible. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without ph876's express prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law:

These Terms and all disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through ph876's internal complaints process.
If you have a complaint regarding your ph876 account or any transaction, you must first contact ph876 Customer Support. ph876 will use reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within seven (7) business days of receipt. If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through this internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the PAGCOR complaints channel.
ph876 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or a prominently displayed notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the ph876 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
